For many years, the partners of SIS Finance have worked at the intersection of financial services (KPMG, Ernst & Young and PwC) and operational responsibility (from project to program manager and interim controller, and as interim CFO) and therefore we know what organizations need when it comes to temporary support and creating solid solutions.
From experience we know that our clients have many responsibilities. Therefore the right solution starts with taking full control of the problem within the organization. This can be done by helping the organization with the right interim manager or finance professional, but also, if necessary, by supporting management with our own knowledge.
The partners of SIS Finance are sparring partners for their clients. When preferred (or when requested), we are closely involved in designing possible solutions. We enjoy participation in the development of the structure of a project, i.e. in making sure that a financial integration or a complex change project will be successfully accomplished.
