SIS Finance Consulting advises general management and financial management on complex change projects, where financial-economic control and management of the organizations plays a central role. Projects are carried out in the area of performance and cost management (management accounting) and financial accounting. The consultants of SIS Finance work individually or in small teams.
Recommendations are given and we are pleased to help with their implementation (both program and project management and interim management). These implementations involve the embedding of change and securing the knowledge. Knowledge of IT and ERP is often crucial here.
As well as giving recommendations and advice, SIS Finance can also support in audits, feasibility studies, business cases and in-house training programs. Here as well, the distinction between management accounting (e.g. evaluation of the cost system) and financial accounting (e.g. audit on a risk management system) can be made.
We have an excellent network of consultants, many of whom have a postgraduate education such as RAs (Executive Master of Accounting) or RCs (Executive Master of Finance and Control). Most of our consultants have over 10 years of experience, and often a Big-4 background.
The partners of SIS Finance are actively involved in the execution of consulting projects. When preferred, they can be closely involved in developing possible solutions. The consulting partner of SIS Finance is, in general, directly involved in many of the consulting and implementation projects.
