SIS Finance has proven to be successful in interim management within a large number of listed companies. We create solutions for clients within the financial department or related areas (HRM and ICT).
We have an excellent network of interim managers. Many of them have a postgraduate education and are RAs (Executive Master of Accounting) or RCs (Executive Master of Finance and Control). Most of our interim managers have over 10 years of experience, and often a Big-4 background.
Our interim managers lead projects or programs, have interim management positions in a management team or at director’s and controller’s level or operate as a specialist in a certain business or legal specialty. We are also regularly involved in advising or counseling, for example the implementation of a financial (consolidation) system or the restructuring of the (administrative processes of a) financial department.
