Scope of services

For many years, the partners at SIS Finance have worked at the interface between financial services (KPMG, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Andersen and PwC) and operational responsibility (from project to programme manager and interim controller, and as interim CFO). So we know what organizations need when it comes to temporary support and creating solid solutions.
From experience we know that our clients have many responsibilities. Therefore the right solution starts by taking full control of the problem within the organization. This can be done by helping the organization with the right interim manager or finance professional, but also, if necessary, by supporting management with our own knowledge.

The partners at SIS Finance are sparring partners for their clients. If desired (or requested), we can become closely involved in designing possible solutions. We enjoy participating in the structuring of a project, i.e. making sure that a financial integration or a complex change project will be carried out successfully. Right after developing the blueprint, the question arises of how to carry out an assignment and what knowledge and experience are necessary. The appointment of an interim manager or finance professional is one of the options.

Supporting the interim manager and finance professional is something SIS Finance takes extremely seriously. This support not only focuses on the individual but also on the assignment itself, so therefore it is different than regular coaching.
