SIS Finance Consulting provides general and financial management advice on complex change projects, in particular when financial-economic control and organizational management play a central role. Projects are carried out in the area of performance and cost management (management accounting) and financial accounting. The consultants of SIS Finance work individually or in small teams.
We provide tailored recommendations in the areas of programme and project management, as well as interim management, and are pleased to help you implement them. Implementing our recommendations involves embedding change in the organization and securing valuable knowledge, in the areas of IT and ERP, for example.
As well as giving recommendations and advice, SIS Finance can also help you with audits, feasibility studies, business cases and in-house training programmes. Here, too, we can make a distinction between management accounting (e.g. evaluation of a cost system) and financial accounting (e.g. audit on a risk management system).
We have an excellent network of consultants, many of whom have a postgraduate education as chartered accountants (Executive Master of Accounting) or chartered controllers (Executive Master of Finance and Control). Most of our consultants have over 10 years of experience and often have a background in one of the ‘Big Four’.
